William Rosenau is a senior research scientist at CNA Strategic Studies, a federally funded research and development center in Alexandria, VA. His publications include Acknowledging Limits: Police Advisors and Counterinsurgency in Afghanistan (Marine Corps University Press, 2011); US Internal Security Assistance to South Vietnam: Insurgency, Subversion, and Public Order (Routledge, 2005); and The Radicalization of Diasporas and Terrorism (ed., with Doron Zimmermann, Center for Security Studies, ETH Zurich, 2009). His PhD is from the Department of War Studies, King’s College, London.
